Yin Yang
Yin Yang comes from the 14th century Taoist symbol representing the connected relationship of all natural things. Day/night, male/female, white/black, sun/moon are all manifestations of Yin and Yang. It does not include the good/bad relationship. Taoist philosophy is about balance, not moral judgments. Yang is white maple from Indiana; Yin is black wenge (weng-gay) from central Africa. It is approximately 3 ½" in diameter (85 mm) and is finished with clear lacquer.
