Maple Fleur-de-lis
The Fleur-de-lis design of 1998 is now available in white maple from Indiana. The maple, because of the way it was cut, exhibits a refraction similar to the Cuban mahogany of the 1998 Fleur-de-lis. It changes colors as it turns in the light. Because the grain is perfectly lined up, two arms are a different color than the other four. The snowflake is approximately 4" (100 mm) in diameter and is finished with clear acrylic over shellac.
