Maple Crystal Snow

The ray fleck in the quarter-sawn maple coupled with the sparkly clear lacquer finish twinkles like snow crystals on a clear, bright wintery day. The 2003 design is made of 24 pieces of maple from Oldham County, Kentucky. It is approximately 4 (100 mm) in diameter. The natural, honey brown, maple is finished with clear acrylic over clear shellac. This design is also available in cherry.
